What I liked about here is that it is just borderline outside of the proper, if Kennon road was open, this is the best location you can get without worrying traffic. Room - complete cookware and dining set. Has shower heater, toiletries are provided too. Wifi with smart TV. Bed is comfortable and door has smart lock feature. They provide complementary water bottles. Value for money - yes! better to book with them directly so you can inquire more. Staff & services - very nice. Approachable and polite people Facilities - features as of now, has cafe, restaurant and supermarket (groceries), indoor and outdoor parking and BDO. Security - accessibility as a random person is easy, i was not questioned where i am going. No front desk person. This may need some improvement for guest safety. But overall this deserves a 5/5 experience if you have a car. But if you’re on foot, better to book inside the proper so you will not have a hard time going to your itineraries. Nicely designed and very pretty unit. However we found advanced mold (strong smell and swollen cabinet floor/walls) under the sink and the under counter trash cabinet. Hot water is nonadjustable and not hot enough for me. It failed once while we wre there. Maint man reset it... Shower Water leaks onto the bathroom floor from the shower so bath matt is always wet.

We recommend that you consider to stay here when you go to Baguio. - out of the congested city - you have your own supermarket, bank, restaurant, and secured basement parking - accommodating staff - you can cook We will definitely stay here again.
