Staff are nice and the room is cosy!

It costs about RMB 120 to get to the hotel from the airport, RMB 110 to get downtown (Wangfujing and Tiananmen), so not ideal if you are a tourist. Pity, because this hotel is superb. Staff were pleasant and attentive, facilities excellent.

My fiance and I had a late check-in. There were some complications with our passports but the front desk lady was nice enough to let it slide until the morning. The breakfast was kind of continental/buffet, My lady and I both enjoyed it. They didn't have black coffee, which was disappointing. I'd imagine I was out of 10000 people who actually wanted black coffee though. The beds were very comfortable, I slept through the night which is pretty unlikely for me. We only stayed for one night, and the bar apparently closes at 9:30 or something. I would never consider a hotel to be 4 stars without a 24 hour restaurant/bar because I'm an alcoholic from South Carolina.
