房間偏細，空間小！

The receptionist asked me to pay an extra fees of 4200 yen on top of my full payment of 10200 yen if I wanted a non smoking single room. I told him that's what I booked via agoda. But he argued with me that I didn't book a non smoking room. Therefore, I asked him to refund my money to me so that I can go to another hotel. After I repeatedly asked him to refund my money to me. He told me it's the fault of Agoda not me. At last, he offered me a standard double bed non smoking room without extra charge. But my room's size was similar to a standard single room. There's not enough space to place a study desk inside it. Instead a chest of drawers was placed next to the bed. In fact, this hotel's rating is out of my imagination coz except their breakfast/conference room, I found out that my room, my room's floor and the reception floor's decorations are already outdated.

あいにくの天気でしたが、濡れることなくチェックインできました。またコーヒーなどの無料マシンも設置されており一息つくのに利用できました。
