It would have been better if they had shuttle vans or transportation amenities since they are not really situated in the heart of the city and it is difficult to travel to and from their place, especially at night. Taxis are terribly expensive and there is not one railway station close by. Aside from that, they should employ more English speaking Guest Relations Personnel to communicate better with people like me who cannot speak or understand Japanese...!
