The staff was great to help with a small problem with my hot water concern in the shower. I like to think it was just my room, but there was a small issue where the hot water was not outputting unless you run the cold water a bit and slowly dial towards the hot side. Only after you do this it will work properly. Didn't want to bother the first night so I just showered in the hot tub which did work properly. Hand sink had extremely low pressure when dialed towards hot side. Hand sink didn't even have any hot water.
