設施、整潔度、地理位置、食物一切都很好，只可惜站外的工作人員態度不是很好，既然是五星級飯店那就該拿出該有的水準，下一次出差還是會選擇這。

Got upgraded to 20F. A nice room with river view. Room is comfortable and good. No shops nearby. Hotel restaurants are good. Nice experience.

The hotel upgrade the room for me and provide the fruit platter and white wine for my anniversary celebration with my wife. Moreover, as my wife feel not so well within the stay period, and she want to eat light like congee. Their staff help me to order the food from other restaurant outside the hotel and take to my room. This action makes me feel very warm. I sincerely thanks to every staff on Langham Place Guangzhou especially Hannah and the duty manager at evening time.
