Great place to stay for travelling with family
Beautiful, clean & well equipped. A beautiful property situated beside the river. Very clean with necessary amenities and well equipped kitchen. If you have many luggage’s, do advise to take a taxi to the property even though the distance to the train station is near. Will stay here again if we come to Hakone in the near future.

Wonderful place and host
Our stay at Meibi was extremly comfortable and enjoyable; the villa is pretty new, spotless clean, and extremly spacious with everything we needed for our 3-days stay at Hakone. The host is very responsible and friendly. The walk to/from Hakone train station is about 12 minutues but as it's along the riverside with beautiful surrounding, the walk was always enjoyable. Do make sure there is a dinner plan either in town or cook yourself as restaurants are closed early at around 7 pm; but then there is always a 7-Eleven as the last resort. Highly recommended to anyone who visits Hakone especially for a family or a group of friends.
