住宿與溫泉位置相距太遠

駕車進入園區去check-in的指示不明確編住宿房在South Wing, 大浴場在North Wing 相距甚遠。 Checkout離開園區指示不清晰，途中幸遇上熱心工程人員駕工車帶路。

Picked this hotel as they advertised with a water park and thought would be fun for our kids to enjoy but find out this is a huge resort, old structures and old room and amenities and far away from town. Staffs are very nice, lobby is great Just guess rooms are very outdated

1970s style resort with aged rooms but excellent staff

This resort is a bit isolated but worth considering if you get a good rate. My room was marginal, with stained carpets and slightly odorous chair coverings. However the staff was delightful and the buffet breakfast and dinner was decent considering my room rate.
