friendly and helpful staff

thanks Mr. Takahashi who patiently helped us contact the JR company to discuss about the lost luggage delivery service. The hotel room is spacious, clean and well equipped, we had a wonderful stay in karuizawa.

地點OK價位合宜

地點離JR站要走一下但不遠,飯店整體舒服整淨,還有一個滿大的交宜廳,以及為數很多的書可以看,雖然是日文的,房間更是很大,有一大區小客廳,浴室也大,相當不錯的飯店

距離都營淺草站很近，是電梯出口。對面有全家，過馬路有AEON超市。離淺草寺雷門走路不用5分鐘。飯店頂樓就可以眺望晴空塔和asahi總部。房間空間小
