早餐美味 ，使用在地食材, 在充滿溫暖英式細節的大廳用餐休息, 體驗非常美好. 退房後，店員主動詢問是否需要送我們去車站，節省了我們很多時間，謝謝！

I stayed for three days and two nights, and the entire trip was incredibly comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly, offering refreshments and bicycle rentals. One night, when I got injured, Judy kindly helped treat my wound. The next day, after I lost some belongings, Chris graciously arranged to have them sent to my next hotel. Their genuine hospitality filled my heart with gratitude for Japan, Karuizawa, and Wellies.

Chris and team are so friendly and made us feel so welcome. The place is really cosy, reminded us of our Europe holiday. Food is great too, the English breakfast and dinner are highly recommended! We felt so rested during our 2 days stay there, would not hesitate to recommend this place .
