Hayataro Onsen was named after the legendary heroic dog Hayataro of Kozen-ji Temple.Guests can look forward to immersing themselves in quality hot spring water in a faintly fragrant cypress tub, where body and mind are refreshed and stresses of daily life relieved.Detached rooms with open-air baths are available for guests' use beginning in July 2008. Meals are prepared mainly with local ingredients and arranged to reflect the season.
