駒之根巴士直達，行數分鐘有直到千疊敷的巴士地點優秀，距離名勝光前寺不遠。房間大及乾淨溫泉唔錯，收費自助餐點雖貴但食到當地特產，物有所值！

This hotel is not widely frequented by English speakers as Komagane feels more like a local tourist destination. Hope the following review will help non-native travelers better. The hotel is located a short distance (15 mins) from the JR Komagane Station. There is only one bus at the station (hence, very easy to identify and you can't get lost), and it takes you to the Ropeway Station. The hotel is located on one of the stops along towards the ropeway station. In short, very convenient to hope on the bus for a few bucks to get to the hotel (and later hope on the same bus to the ropeway). Hotel itself is a pretty decent resort by the highlands. It is within walking distance to explore various tourist sites (e.g. the suspension bridge, cafe, Meijitei katsu, souvenir shops). Reception does not really speak English, though in my case they did manage to find someone who spoke decently well enough for communication (including the restaurant!) Buffet breakfast is typically included. Side note: there was no ala carte options for Breakfast and Dinner during my stay. You may want to stock up on some food before you reach the resort, as I guess not everyone wants buffet for dinner. The hotspring/public bath felt popular amongst the locals, note that you have to pay a small fee regardless of usage. It was a small sum, so I didn't feel the need to utilise the bath just to make my money worth. During winter, buses to rope way leave almost hourly. Overall, a comfortable stay for the price point!
