Kusatsu Hotel Bekkan Wata no Yu (Adult Only)

Great rooms, cozy, attentive service, great location Only areas to be mindful would be (1) the onsen is small and indoor, but it's so close to the beautiful public bath in the park, it's okay; (2) the room we stayed in didn't have a shower, so you do need to go to the public bath in the hotel to wash up. Other that that, perfect experience.

Even though Kusatsu is a little hard to get to from Tokyo, I am so glad I did purely to stay at this hotel. What a beautiful place and experience I had, don't have anything negative to say only that I wish I could have stayed longer. The food was the best I have had in Japan and the staff were so lovely, made me feel really special. Would definitely go back!! And don't want to forget the onsen which was also really well kept and just peaceful! Perfect stay, thank you!

The Best! Especially the personnel! The warm welcome from the beginning until the end went over and beyond; it was just an exceptional experience!
