服務質素不穩定

環境優美，配套完善，服務態度方面，新入職的職員很好，但其他職員一般，餐廳食物很難吃，私人風呂有三個，但沒有預約制度，只能排隊輪候，沒有機會嘗試

輕井澤至草津穿梭巴很方便

能預約來回輕井澤，再往返東京，十分方便

Great experience

The room was neat and tidy with an in-room onsen. The dinner and breakfast were good and we are all so full. We love the private onsen and the ice popsicles. Although it is not the most convenient location for those who are not driving, it was overall a great experience.
