Everything was great, the room was clean and the service was top notch. Before I continue more in detail, I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt,thanks to the receptionist who was on duty tht night(unfortunately I forgot the name). Thanks for your kindness and assistance.I also want to mention tht there were a few staff members who smiled less and seemed less approachable;they responded when asked but hardly smile at all(nt so friendly ). Only a few staff members,particularly the female staff who greeted us at the restaurant,offered warm smiles,the rest maintained a rather indifferent expression. Additionally,I experienced an incident at the restaurant,where I was asked to move from a table with six chairs and the staff members who addressed me did so with a noticeably displeased expression. P/s: a simple smile can make a big difference. Pls remember that all guests are paying and deserve to be treated with the same warmth and hospitality. Thank you.
