Awesome place! The place was huge, clean and came with plenty of facilities to use. Kitchen was well equipped. There’s a washing machine, heated sofa, dining table, and a mini gym area with a treadmill. Location is a short walk away from the main shopping and food area. The area feels safe, though the streets can get a bit dark at night. Parking is located just outside the property. The shops close rather early so do make reservations at the better restaurants.

Wonderful place to stay!
My family and I had a fantastic stay at the house. It's beautiful and so well organized. The location is perfect, too. I would recommend for everyone to stay!

Perfect location and villa for our stop in Matsushima
We stayed here only one night, but wish we could have stayed longer to explore more! My 10 year old son LOVED this villa. He was disappointed we were only staying one night. He loved playing with the gym equipment, and the fact that it was a large place for our family to stay in compared to the hotels we were staying at on our other stops. The Bay Villa was clean and very conveniently located near the water and a minute's walk from the Matsushima Bay bridge- perfect for the evening stroll or quick sunrise photo shoot. The washer/dryer was convenient, loved the jetted bathtub and use of tv. The cool AC was on when we arrived on a hot day. Parking was easy for our van. Only wish we were given normal bottled water instead of sparkling. Wish we could have stayed one night longer. Thank you Bay Villa for a lovely stay and for your quick responses over text.
