Excellent staff service

Would like to commend one of the staff in particular, his name is Amrit(Nepalese) who is more afluent in English spoken language as he helped and assist us in many areas. The rest of the staff are also very polite , although they tried their best to understand and assist us. Room is very comfortable and spacious. They have family onsen which myself and my partner enjoys our privacy .
