Simple and efficient
Stay tuned into nightmare as they were digging, hammering, along some water piping under the street, from 9pm until 5am (it is a road with a public bus) - clean, space for stuff under the bed, very friendly staff

Friendly atmosphere, great home base!
I had planned to stay for two nights, but when I mentioned that I couldn't book for a third night due to it already being full, the staff told me that there had been a cancellation and that I should stick around another day for a big festival. I'm so glad I did! Miyako is a really lovely town, and the Guesthouse is a really wonderful new addition to it. The staff helped me with any question I had (and even some I didn't have) and really worked hard to make sure everyone had a good time. Thanks again!
