Everything is great but there is without elevator at the entrance, not very convenient, even a big challenge for the people who has to carry a large luggage.

Because of its affiliation with JR, the Mets chain of hotels is always a good choice in terms of location - you are right at a major station. And the rooms are much larger than the typical Japanese business hotel (though still a bit small by Western standards). Kokubunji was my neighborhood when I lived in Tokyo. And while, it may not be a tourist attraction, it has plenty to offer. For food, I recommend the one-coin (500 yen) pizza and Italian restaurant, Tiger Bal on the North side of the station. To the South, Beer Cafe Gambrinus has an excellent selection of Japanese craft beer.
