I stay this hotel every year when I visit to Japan. People in hotel are all very kind and good hospitality, Good breakfast and all facilities are very good and comfortable stay always!

I literally stayed at the hotel for only a few hours. The hotel itself is an old style business hotel - typical of Japan. It is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk to Kumegawa Station. The facilities are outdated, including the room itself. I imagine this hotel was probably built in the 1970s and it shows its age. The beds are hard, and the room smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. I have experienced worse at other places. I could not vouch for the breakfast, since I didn't spend the entire night. The Wi-Fi in my room was strong and reliable. The best thing was the very kind front desk staff. He was very polite and helpful and I left with a very good impression of him. I wish the room itself had been better, but the staff made the difference for me.
