Extremely Poor Experience! Never again!
This is an extremely poor hotel, with poor services, and bad customer experience. I would never recommend anyone to go for this hotel!

Boasting both indoor and outdoor hot spring baths, Kamei-no-Yu is traditional accommodation surrounded by beautiful Japanese garden and ponds. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property. Rooms are fitted with tatami (woven-straw) flooring and futon bedding. They come with a TV, a telephone and an en suite bathroom. An electric kettle and green tea bags are provided in the room. Kamei-no-Yu provides free luggage storage services. Guests can relax in hot spring baths which are open all day. The property is located an 8-minutewalk from Yutanaka Train Station. Famous Jigokudani Monkey Park is a 30-minute drive away. Traditional Japanese dishes are served for breakfast at the dining room.
