椿野飯店

The staff met us in the parking lot and escorted us inside for a welcome drink and to check in. We chose their local 100% apple juice and it was the best apple juice I've ever had. During check in we booked the private open air bath and chose our breakfast meal time. The staff then escorted us to our room and upon request got us larger yukata. The private bath was gorgeous with two different tubs and complimentary water bottles plus a mini bar you could purchase from. The traditional style room was very large and the futons were quite comfy and warm. Breakfast was a traditional Japanese breakfast and incredibly filling. I would greatly recommend this ryokan.

Breakfast was sumptuous traditional Japanese cuisine. Outdoor onsen esp when there's snow is awesome. Very quiet location but fits the atmosphere of the town. Close to snow monkey park.

Great facilities, staff and nice breakfast. Highly recommend
