wonderful stay, shuttle provided

highly recommended, very good stay experience with helpful staff. shuttle provided for all directions. the public bath in hotel is superb

amazing

we were picked up at the yudanaka station and was told to visit the snow monkey park because will be bad weather the next day (according to forecast). hotel was amazing, food was amazing. people was lovely and very accommodating! we truly enjoyed our stay! the indoor onsen was also great as it was too cold and snowy to visit the other onsen in town. all was good!
