很親切的服務
飯店的CEO Dave 真的是很用心在照顧每一位來訪的客人, 我們到的當天由於到的時間已是晚餐用餐時間了, 他也沒特別問我們是否要先去飯店反而是問我們要吃什麼直接帶我們去餐廳用餐, 而且推薦的餐廳真的很棒, 我們用餐的很愉快, 在那裡住了四天, 有兩天的晚餐是在飯店用餐的,而且是由Dave 的老婆掌廚的, 餐點很好吃, 尤其每天早上的早餐也很豐盛, 雖然他們的飯店離滑雪場有些距離, 但每天Dave 都會開車載我們去滑雪場, 也會在約定的時間載我們回飯店, 真的很棒的服務 在飯店內還可以預訂專屬時段來泡湯, 又有免費按摩椅可以使用, 真的很舒服 真的很謝謝Dave , 希望下回還能再去住宿

Amazing B&B experience!
My wife and I had an amazing stay! Dave-san has helped us a lot such as finding a ski coach given a super short notice, and booking dinner reservation for us. Not to forget the amazing breakfast provided. We will definitely return to stay.

Excellent hotel in Niseko!
Very nice and clean hotel with friendly and accommodating owner and staff. Location is not very convenient so you will need your own car or rely on the hotel shuttle.

Hotel Resort Inn Niseko is conveniently located 3 km away from JR Niseko Train Station and a 5-minute drive from Niseko Village Ski Resort. Free WiFi is accessible in all areas and a free shuttle service from JR Niseko Train Station is available. Air conditioned room feature an en suite bathroom, a seating area and a flat-screen TV. Each are equipped with a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a green tea set. Rooms boast a great view of the Niseko Mountains. At Niseko Resort Inn Hotel, guests can reserve a private bath to unwind in, relax in a massage chair or use the laundry facilities for free. A tour desk, ski pass vendor and ski storage can also be found on site. Guest can also take part in the hotel's ski school. A complimentary Japanese or western style breakfast is served daily in the morning at the Café Terrace PA NO RA MA. Niseko View Plaza is located a 3-minute drive away, while Hokkaido Lion Adventure is a 7-minute drive away. Niseko Mountain Resort Grand Hirafu and Hirafu Hot Springs are located within a 20-minute drive from the property.
