New building. Beautiful interior that is well equipped so that you are able to handle your own meals, laundry. Walking distance to grocery store and Lawson. My only complaint would be the noise that was ongoing in the apartment above us. However, this was under no control of the owners of our room. The water view was nice and all the amenities worked perfectly. We were in this area for something specific and found this location to work out perfectly for us. The check in is very specific with the time to check in from 1600-1800hrs. We arrived about an hour early to find that the check in office was close. We easily killed some time until she came at 1600hrs. This oversight was our fault as the instructions in our reservation clearly stated to notify them if arriving early. But this was a good thing to pass on we thought. We would definitely stay here again.
