The staff were friendly and helpful. Place was clean and neat. The room is big and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. It is a bit of a walk from the station but will definitely stay here if I visit Otsu again.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. Property is characterized, with great breakfast in a traditional Japanese tatami. Nice shower room though it is shared. The room is quite spacious. It is near to a Keihan station but not JR station. Around there not much to visit, if you need daily essential, please buy somewhere else. Overall nice experience.
