不是很好的經驗
房間不大，不介意；前往第一天，房東規定必須繳交保證金～韓幣10萬元或是護照，這是我第一次遇到這樣的情況

Good Stay!
I thought it was gonna be hard to navigate going to and from the Seoul center, but subbway stations are near and quite accessible. If you are a solo traveler, the room is pretty decent, you can relax and work remotely at the same time if you plan on bringing laptop for work. You can wash your clothes but you have to buy your own detergent, as well as personal hygiene use like shampoo, bath soap, toothpaste, etc. There's free ramen and rice, plus kimchi is good. Byron and his son can communicate well with their customers and are accomodating. It was a good stay for me and would like to stay here again in my next visit.
