Wonderful hotel

Our hotel was very clean and staff were very accomodating.

It was our anniversary holiday so we told the staff, to our surprise we were upgraded to a lovely sized room with executive lounge to use, however, to our surprise the executive lounge staff had no idea and wanted to reject our use which was the unexpected response although at the end we were allowed to use it. The most unfortunate thing was that staff came coming back and told us that we weren’t allow to use it, I don’t know if she was suggesting something like a “tips” maybe… Anyhow, the hotel is really good overall
