Nice place & location
Stayed here for 3days with a friend. The location is good as its near train stations with Okubo and Nishishinjuku as the nearest stations. The room size is enough for us but I think it will be cramped for Caucasians. The room has its own bathroom, shower, washing machine and kitchen utensils. The host has provided a file with instructions on how to use the room amenities. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

This room has a great access to many areas as it's surrounded by three stations (Nishi-shinjuku station, Shinjuku station & Okubo station). If you have limited time but would like to visit as many places as possible, this location is a big plus. The fully equipped room has a double bed & one set of Futon mattress. It's available for up to 3 people. Your stay will be convenient with convenience stores & eateries closeby.*Price is for 1 room, not per guest :)
