Excellent experience

We just got an excellent experience in The Westin Tokyo. Peoples are so kind and location is convenient for shopping and traveling, close to Ebisu Station and there is door connected with the waling way to this station.

First in class

Located in an upscale area within Tokyo, this property offers excellent customer service and recently renovated rooms. The room we had was comparable in size to a US Westin room. Only comment is there are no shelves in the shower as the soap, shampoo, and conditioner bottles are mounted to the wall. There is nowhere to put things like your personal facial wash.

Great example of a Westin in central location

Big rooms Great location near Ebisu Lots of dining options very close including supermarket. Room decor is a bit outdate. NOTE - the room type I had did not offer a work desk. Instead I had to work at a round dining table with cables stretched across the room
